Business & Operations Manager

Meet Sandi, the backbone of Smyth Studio! As our Business & Operations Manager, she keeps projects on track and ensures seamless team communication. With years of experience in administration and business management, she brings structure to our creative chaos. A supermum of four (including twins!), Sandi masters the balance of work, life, and family—values we live by at Smyth. We’re lucky to have her steering the ship!

Senior Graphic Designer

Meet Selena, our detail-savvy senior graphic designer specialising in website design and layout. With a sharp eye for aesthetics and a love for storytelling, she turns complex ideas into visually striking, well-balanced compositions. A self-taught artist, Selena adds a creative and unique perspective to every project. She’s also a stickler for quality, making sure each project meets top-notch standards and attention to detail.

Branding & Graphic Designer

Meet Rory, an inspired designer with a love for creating. Rory has many hobbies such as sports, music and, of course, art, which he uses to express his appreciation for the things he loves. This passion has led him into becoming a graphic designer and with his motivated attitude and natural creativity Rory is able to bring a number of great ideas to any project he works on, resulting in standout designs.

Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Maddy is a graphic designer and illustrator with a diploma in graphic design. Specialising in layout design and illustration, she brings ideas to life with creativity and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing and crafting small models, always finding new ways to explore her artistic vision. Maddy’s passion for visual storytelling ensures her designs leave a lasting impact.

Social Media & Content Strategist

Nicki is our social media strategist currently studying a Bachelor of Design. With a passion for social media, graphic design, and photography, she enjoys crafting engaging visuals that connect brands with their audiences. Always exploring new ways to enhance our digital presence, Nicki brings creativity and fresh ideas to Smyth Studio.
